Join us for our next ballroom dance cruise as we travel to the fjords and waterfalls of Norway on Her Majesty's ship the Queen Elizabeth.  This is the newest vessel in the Cunard line having just been christened by the Queen herself in October of 2010.

Our 7day/night cruise will leave Southampton, England on May 19, 2011 and go to Stavanger, Flaam, Geiranger and Bergen returning to Southampton on May 26th.

There are 3 sizable dance floors on the ship. Ballroom classes will be offered during the day with ballroom dancing to a live orchestra on the Queen's Room floor throughout the evening.  There will be several themed formal black tie balls.  Complimentary gentlemen dance hosts will be available for the single women.  In the Yacht Club is a compass shaped dance floor with lively evenings of dancing with a DJ and band.  The conservatory roof of the Garden Lounge is perfect to combine dinner and dancing under the stars in true 1930's glamour.

There are other things for you to enjoy.  In the Royal Court Theatre are stunning musical productions and abridged Shakespeare classics performed by the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Company.  With Cunard's Insights, you can explore a number of historical and contemporary issues presented by a wide range of speakers including explorers, academics, former ambassadors and politicians, historians and scientists, award wining novelists, biographers and acclaimed actors and film makers.  Sip afternoon tea beneath ornate cantilevered balconies in the Queens Room, or shop in the chic boutiques of the Royal Arcade. Relive the golden age of ocean travel at the magnificent Garden Parties and Country House Soirees.  The Royal Spa comprises breathtaking ocean views, relaxation areas, beautifully appointed treatment rooms, indulgent therapies and a panoramic glass encased Fitness Centre.  When the warm weather entices you on to the spacious Games Deck, you’ll notice a definite English country garden ambience, with the gentle clunk of croquet balls, traditional bowls or paddle tennis in the welcome shade of its canopy.
